- Payment information: Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not receive or store your full card number.
- Basic website data: Like most websites, our hosting provider may log basic technical data (e.g., IP address, browser type) for security and performance.
2) How we use your information
- To deliver the service you purchased and communicate about your order
- To troubleshoot issues and provide support
- To prevent fraud and keep the site secure
- To improve our services (in aggregate, when possible)
3) Third‑party services
We use trusted third parties to operate the service:
- Stripe to process payments
- Google Forms to collect intake details
- Netlify (or similar hosting) to host the website
These providers may process information according to their own policies. We recommend reviewing their privacy practices as needed.
4) Sharing of information
We do not sell your personal information. We may share information only:
- With service providers that help us run the business (e.g., payment processing, hosting)
- To comply with legal obligations or respond to lawful requests
- To protect our rights, users, and prevent fraud

We keep information only as long as needed to deliver services, maintain records, and meet legal or accounting requirements.
If you want us to delete intake information, contact support and we’ll honor requests where legally and operationally possible.
6) Your choices
- You can contact us to request access, correction, or deletion of your information (subject to legal requirements).
- You can choose not to provide information, but we may not be able to deliver your purchase without required intake details.
7) Security
We take reasonable steps to protect information. However, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.
Use caution when sharing sensitive information through email.
8) Children’s privacy
Our services are intended for business users and are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
9) Changes
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The “Effective date” above reflects the latest version.
