These Terms explain how Simple Business Setups works and what you can expect when you use the website or purchase a one‑time setup.
Effective date: January 15, 2026
“Simple Business Setups,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to the operator of this website and the provider of the services described on it. You can contact us at support@simplebusinesssetups.com.
We offer one‑time setup services for small businesses, including (a) an instant website lead response setup and (b) a mobile lead capture page. Specific deliverables and timelines are described on each service page.
Payments are processed by Stripe via secure payment links. After purchase, you’ll be asked to complete a short intake form (currently provided through Google Forms) so we can deliver your setup.
Our typical delivery target is within 24 business hours after (1) payment is received and (2) your intake information is complete. If we need clarification, delivery timing pauses until we receive what’s needed.
If we are unable to deliver the purchased service due to our own limitations, you may request a refund by emailing support with your order details. If delivery is blocked because required information or access is not provided, we may not be able to refund once work has started.
We retain ownership of our tools, templates, and internal processes. Once payment is complete, you receive a license to use the delivered setup for your business. You may not resell or distribute our templates or methods as a competing product.
We provide practical setup services, not legal, financial, or compliance advice. We do not guarantee specific business outcomes (such as lead volume, revenue, or conversion rates) because results depend on factors outside our control.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to a purchased service will not exceed the amount you paid for that service. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and, where applicable, the State of Florida, without regard to conflict‑of‑law rules.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Effective date” above reflects the latest version. Continued use of the site after updates means you accept the updated Terms.
